Data you choose to send us
When you contact us by email, we may receive your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry, drawings, photographs and other attachments you choose to include. We use this data to answer your enquiry, continue the communication you request and manage a business relationship where applicable. Do not send data that is not needed for your enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
The form opens a prepared message in your email application. Information from the form is not sent to MRAK automatically; you provide the message only when you send it yourself. Once received, we process the email for the purposes described on this page.
Local settings and cookies
The necessary local setting mrak-consent stores your consent choice in the browser for 12 months. The mrak-language preference is stored only if you consent. No optional analytics or advertising tools are installed. Technical access logs may be created at the hosting level; the details depend on the live hosting configuration.
Retention and sharing
We retain emails and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond, communicate, manage a possible business relationship and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. This website has no user accounts, online payments or enquiry database completed directly on the website.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, data portability. Send your request to mrak.doo@gmail.com. If you believe processing is contrary to applicable rules, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency: azop.hr. We may update this notice when the website or our obligations change.
Initial language by country
On the website entry URL, we estimate the network country from the IP address to choose an initial language: HR for Croatia, DE for Austria and Germany, EN elsewhere. We use a hosting header or a local geo-IP database without sending visitor IP addresses to an external geolocation service or retaining them in application logs. VPNs and mobile networks can affect the estimate. Explicit language URLs and your manual selection take priority; you can change the language in the menu.
